Most professional event planners or event production companies do not include pricing on their websites. The main reason for pricing not being listed is because pricing is relative to the extent of how involved the client desires the event planner to be.
Many people do not consider how much time goes into designing, planning and executing a quality event.
Planners will always ask about your budget in order to gage if what you desire, meets your budget expectations. Many individuals are apprehensive when asked this because they assume that the planner will increase their cost, however, by listing a lower budget amount you limit the possiblities that the event planner maybe able to provide you.
Fees
Our fees are based on the details required to design and execute your event. We require a non-refundable deposit before we begin to work on your event/project. We do not discuss ideas in detail without the signing of a confidentiality agreement, service contract and the deposit being paid.
The saying, "you get what you pay for" ... is a very true statement in the event world and just because someone is a "publicist" or "marketer" does not mean they can efficiently and effectively plan an event.
